1. Hizmetin tanımı

PdfAtölyesi, PDF dosyalarını birleştirme, bölme, sıkıştırma, döndürme ve benzeri işlemler için ücretsiz, tarayıcı tabanlı araçlar sunar. Tüm işlemler cihazınızda gerçekleşir.

2. Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Siteyi yalnızca yasalara uygun amaçlarla kullanabilirsiniz. Başkalarının telif hakkına, gizliliğine veya diğer haklarına ait içerikleri hukuka aykırı şekilde işlemek için kullanmamalısınız.

3. "Olduğu gibi" sağlanır

Hizmet "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekliyle" sunulur. Araçların kesintisiz, hatasız çalışacağına veya her dosya formatıyla uyumlu olacağına dair garanti verilmez.

4. Sorumluluk sınırlaması

PdfAtölyesi'ni kullanırken oluşabilecek veri kaybı, dosya bozulması veya başka bir zarardan sorumlu değiliz. Önemli dosyaların işlem öncesinde yedeğini almanızı öneririz.

5. Fikri mülkiyet

Sitenin tasarımı ve markası PdfAtölyesi'ne aittir. Site, açık kaynaklı üçüncü taraf kütüphaneler (pdf-lib, pdf.js, JSZip) kullanır; bu kütüphaneler kendi lisansları kapsamında sunulur.

6. Yüklediğiniz içerik

İşlediğiniz dosyaların içeriğinden ve bu içeriği işleme hakkınızın bulunmasından siz sorumlusunuz. Dosyalarınız sunucularımıza gönderilmediği için içerikleri bize ulaşmaz.

7. Hizmette değişiklik ve kesintiler

Hizmeti önceden haber vermeksizin değiştirme, sınırlama veya durdurma hakkımız saklıdır.

8. Şartlarda değişiklik

Bu kullanım şartlarını zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm bu sayfada yayınlanır.

9. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir.

PdfAtölyesi provides free, browser-based tools for merging, splitting, compressing, rotating, and otherwise editing PDF files. All processing happens on your device.

2. Acceptable use

You may only use the site for lawful purposes. You must not use it to process content that unlawfully infringes on someone else's copyright, privacy, or other rights.

3. Provided "as is"

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or compatibility with every file format.

4. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any data loss, file corruption, or other damage arising from your use of PdfAtölyesi. We recommend keeping a backup of important files before processing them.

5. Intellectual property

The site's design and brand belong to PdfAtölyesi. The site uses open-source third-party libraries (pdf-lib, pdf.js, JSZip), provided under their own respective licenses.

6. Content you upload

You are responsible for the content of the files you process and for having the right to process them. Since your files are never sent to our servers, their content never reaches us.

7. Changes and interruptions to the service

We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.
